for a general anesthesia surgical
procedure when you can treat
him with a 15 seconds procedure,
under local anesthesia, in your
office with excellent results. |

Most Family Practioners and Internists
and Gastroenterologists had some
surgical training and already perform
minor surgical procedures in their
offices, for these physicians - with
some interest in minor surgery - this
course would be invaluable;
They will
quickly find out that the new equipments
and techniques utilized in treating
these common proctology cases have made
it so easy and very comfortably safe to
perform in their offices... They will
soon devote a full half a day or a full
day each week to minor surgeries and
proctology appointments...they will get
in their scrub suits and start enjoying
the new treatments they learned from
this course....it will be a nice break
from their daily routine...and very
rewarding from a financial point.
For
example: What Medicare pays for one
session of IRC treatment of hemorrhoids
- a five minutes procedure- equal what
they pay for ten intermediate visits -
each one taking 20 minutes for a total
of 200 minutes - I think the comparison
is even much clearer when we talk about
a Pilonidal cyst treatment or an anal
fissure ... etc. You can further imagine
that private insurance companies offer a
much higher reimbursements to these
procedures.
This course will be offered both live
and as DVDs to Family Practioners and
Internists, I advised most Family
Practioners and interested Internists
I’ve met to start with the least
invasive and the easiest of the
procedures learned in this course...
like Infra Red Coagulation treatments of
early stages hemorrhoids…or the simple
excision of a Thrombosed External
Hemorrhoids...and then slowly advance to
the more involved - but rewarding -
procedures...which are made so clearly
simple during this course that I feel
very confident that any physician with
little interest can do with impunity...
like the I&D and curettage of a
Pilonidal Cyst as described in the
course...or the low perianal fistula
treatment as described also in this
course...these are extremely simple and
safe procedures... they were made as
such by these new techniques and
wonderful equipment we have today... so
why not learn it and do it....Do first
what you’re comfortable in doing and
advance at your pace.
You already have the patients base and
you normally refer them to a General
Surgeon...why not treating at least a
portion of these cases
yourself...especially if you were lucky
enough to find the right teaching
material that guide you and show you -
so clearly - how to do these treatments
and how easy they became after the
development of some wonderful equipments
that allows you to do them under simple
local anesthesia and in your office. |
